Don K Brown Law engages in the general law practice with emphasis on civil litigation in Kentucky and Indiana. Established in 1994, our 50 years of combined practice have been concentrated on representing those involved in automobile, trucking, and motorcycle accidents. We represent those involved in premises liability, construction claims, and other personal and commercial liability. We litigate insurance coverage issues concerning no-fault, uninsured, underinsured, homeowners, commercial, professional negligence, and other insurance policy disputes.
Unfair settlement practices, bad faith and other related extra contractual cases, both first and third party, are handled as well. We handle workers compensation claims and routinely practice before the Kentucky and Indiana Workers Compensation Boards.
We believe in professional, efficient, and economic handling of all cases. We are committed to providing legal representation at a reasonable cost. Our approach is focused on early evaluation and action. We work hard to avoid unnecessary delays and bring matters to prompt resolution.
We have successfully handled numerous jury trials throughout the Commonwealth and Southern Indiana and have an active Appellate practice with reported cases and decisions.
We look forward to working with you.
